An important question might be are law enforcement officers--including rangers--in particular given any training on the professional and legal consequences of inserting personal prejudices into professional performance? In fact, are there any consequences? If there are none, how do we get some established. In the context of his prejudice, the behavior reveals both a personal and social sickness. Hatred is, in fact, a mental illness.
